Hummus

A light, refreshing dip, perfect for a snack or a dip with a main meal.

  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp tahini (Optional)
  1. Place chickpeas, garlic, coriander and tahini, if using, in a blender and pulse until combined.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Hints & Tips

Tahini would give a smoother finish but is calorific (1 tbsp contains 89 calories).
