- 1 tin chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp tahini (Optional)
- Place chickpeas, garlic, coriander and tahini, if using, in a blender and pulse until combined.
- Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
